Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Vision & Leadership
Develop and execute a strategic vision that advances the platform's growth, member engagement, and profitability.
Define and communicate the brand's mission, values, and objectives to ensure cohesive brand messaging and an engaged organizational culture.
Oversee and enhance business operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Market Innovation & Product Development
Drive product innovation by staying at the forefront of loyalty program trends, customer experience, and digital engagement tools.
Partner with Product and Marketing teams to ideate, design, and launch features that differentiate the platform in a competitive marketplace.
Lead the development of a seamless, intuitive, and rewarding customer experience to maximize engagement and retention.
Financial Management & Growth
Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial targets are met, optimizing cost efficiencies across departments.
Identify growth opportunities and expansion strategies, including partnerships, acquisition strategies, and potential new market entries.
Report to the Board of Directors on financial performance, growth initiatives, and overall business health.
Stakeholder Relations
Build and maintain relationships with investors, clients, strategic partners, and other stakeholders.
Lead investor communications and foster relationships with financial backers, presenting a clear path for company growth and ROI.
People & Culture
Cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.
Attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a leadership environment that empowers employees to contribute to their fullest potential.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, ideally in loyalty programs, rewards systems, digital engagement platforms, or a related field.
Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies, digital loyalty solutions, and CRM technologies.
Exceptional financial acumen and experience in scaling a tech-based business.
Demonstrated success in strategic planning, team development, and execution within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong network in the loyalty or fintech industry being a plus.
