Our client are all reputed Pharma companies whom we are serving since last 14 years. We maintain around 200 Pharma grade products in ready inventory for JIT supply.

We are launching the next generation, first of its kind B2B e-commerce platform. You will be integral part of this team and will be responsible for multi-functional sourcing activities
Job Description – Sourcing executive
Vendor Identification and Evaluation:
• Conduct market research to identify potential manufacturers in the Pharma excipients industry.
• Evaluate vendors and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and align vendor selection accordingly.
• Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors, ensuring cost efficiency and value for the company.
• Establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with vendors, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Conduct periodic vendor performance reviews, addressing any issues or concerns, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with vendors to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize service levels.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with vendor relationships, such as financial instability, quality issues, or disruptions in the supply chain.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies related to excipients and vendor management.
• Provide support and guidance to cross-functional teams regarding vendor-related matters, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Candidate Profile:-
• Graduate or a post graduate degree in sales and marketing, international sales, business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills with an ability to build and maintain relations with manufacturers.
• Familiarity with online ecommerce platforms is an added advantage.
• Proactive ad result oriented with an ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
