We are looking for an intern to join our PST Team, supporting the Customer Onboarding Manager in transitioning new clients to our platform. This is a key role in ensuring that our clients have a smooth and successful onboarding experience.Are you hungry to begin a career in E-Commerce Conversion Optimisation? Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing onboarding projects, contributing to successful outcomes and accelerating Time to Value for clients.
- Participate in developing materials and processes that enhance the customer experience during onboarding.
- Document client interactions and support the transition to the Customer Success Team after the onboarding phase.
What we're looking for:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
- Ability to effectively manage time and tasks.
- Interest in technology, especially in SaaS platforms and system integration.
- Willingness to learn about project management and client interaction.
