Full-Stack Developer (AI Application Development) -CTO

Role Overview:
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and optimizing our new AI-driven platform, from front-end interfaces to back-end infrastructure. You’ll collaborate closely with data scientists, designers, and product managers to ensure a seamless user experience powered by robust AI functionalities.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain full-stack solutions, focusing on an AI-driven application.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI/ML engineers, UX/UI designers, and product managers) to define and implement innovative solutions that meet user needs.
Design, build, and test scalable APIs and back-end systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Implement front-end interfaces that are user-friendly, accessible, and responsive.
Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose enhancements to improve overall product quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in full-stack development, particularly in building complex applications.
Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Strong knowledge of back-end development, particularly using frameworks such as Node.js, Django, or Flask.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and knowledge of integrating AI/ML models into applications.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Solid understanding of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Strong grasp of RESTful services and API development and integration.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in developing AI or simulation-based applications.
Knowledge of data security best practices and compliance.
Experience with serverless architectures and scalable microservices design.
Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
