Role Overview:

As Sr. Tech Lead at Ayna, you'll play a crucial role in our technology organization, contributing to the strategic technical direction. You'll have the opportunity to influence architecture decisions, mentor a talented team, and build solutions that will define the future of AI in fashion tech.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical initiatives and contribute to the engineering team's growth and success
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance systems to support enterprise-grade AI solutions
• Oversee the development of robust, secure, and scalable B2B to D2C software
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align technical decisions with business strategy
• Contribute to the AI/ML technology roadmap and ensure seamless integration into our products
• Mentor and inspire team members, setting high standards for technical excellence

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a Tier 1 institution
• 5-7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership role
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance systems
• Experience in B2B enterprise software and familiarity with AI/ML integration
• Proven track record of contributing to scaling efforts in startups or enterprise software
• Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and leadership potential
