Internship - Human Resources

Job Description

1. Assist with the hiring process, including job posting, application screening and interview coordination
2. Assist with all Human Resource Engagements, Initiatives and L&D planning and execution
3. Ensure completeness of all hires’ information and documentation (e.g. employment forms and contact information etc)
4. Additional ad hoc tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

1. Undergoing Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or any relevant discipline
2. Enthusiastic about learning and working in a team
3. Attention to detail and organized person
4. Strong work ethic
5. Ability to work with minimal supervision and multi-tasking
6. Ability to perform and deliver well whilst working under tight deadlines
