About the job
About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you support the People Operations team in three key areas:
- Your primary focus is to support the recruitment process and operations, by posting job ads, conducting pre-interview screenings, coordinating interviews or briefing sessions, updating interview documentation and onboarding materials, as well as various important administrative tasks to create a positive and memorable candidate experience at SUPA.
- Promote SUPA’s employer brand presence by increasing awareness and engagement externally.
- Strengthen our people-oriented culture at SUPA. You will contribute to engagement initiatives to foster a sense of belonging and team unity internally, initiating organic opportunities for content generation.
The combination of these experiences provides a wide range of exposure to the different aspects of Talent and what it takes to build a great employer brand in the market.
The minimum internship period is three months.
Responsibilities
Your primary focus revolves around operations in the Talent Acquisition function.
This includes tasks such as:
- Developing, strategizing and posting job ads while reviewing recruitment analytics.
- Respond to applications and enquiries promptly while proactively sourcing and contacting potential candidates.
- Setting up interview processes and coordinating interviews internally.
- Preparing interview documentation pre and post-interview.
- Updating applicant tracking to capture data across the candidate lifecycle.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create positive talent experiences.
- Support the People Operations Team with day-to-day and ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications
- An excellent communicator with a passion for writing and connecting with people from all walks of life.
- Approachable and enthusiastic with a deep interest and heart for working with people!
- Familiarity with social media and job posting platforms.
- Analytical and research-oriented; able to identify process improvements to make data-driven decisions.
- Impeccable organizational and planning to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Recently graduated or currently pursuing the final year of your Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (e.g. Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, etc.).
Bonus if you have:
- Work experience or extracurricular participation in the HR function or similar.
- Previous internships, particularly within the tech industry or startup environments.
