We're seeking a hands-on, Entrepreneurial Senior Full Stack Engineer ready to take a significant leap. If you've always dreamed of building groundbreaking technologies and invent something impactful from the ground up, this is your opportunity to transform those aspirations into reality.

What We're Looking For:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience Level: 2-4 years in full-stack development, with a proven track record in delivering and scaling web applications.
3. Frontend Expertise: Proficiency in frontend technologies including React, Next.js, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS.
4. Backend Knowledge: Strong experience with server-side development and architecture on AWS, with proficiency in Object-Oriented Design and Database Design.
5. Product Development: Proven experience in building and scaling products, ideally within a cloud infrastructure.
6. Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
7. Technological Innovation: Familiarity with AI/ML technologies is a plus, as well as an interest in leveraging these to enhance product capabilities and drive user engagement.

Responsibilities

1. Technology Strategy: Oversee technology strategy, architecture, and development.
2. Full Stack Development: Contribute to both frontend and backend development, ensuring seamless integration between client and server systems.
3. Optimization: Ensure scalability, security, and performance across the entire stack.
4. Innovation: Explore and implement emerging technologies to enhance product features and user engagement.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers, designers, and product managers to create high-quality products.
6. Technical Excellence: Write clean, maintainable code with an emphasis on reusability and scalability.
7. Hands-on Development: Participate actively in coding and integration efforts, especially for frontend features and interfaces, while also contributing to backend infrastructure.
