Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), Remote (India)

Key Responsibilities
● Conduct comprehensive testing, both manual and automated, of core functionalities for robust reliability on modern web frameworks like NextJS, FastAPI, etc.
● Leverage essential testing and automation tools such as Selenium, Postman, GitHub Actions, etc. for seamless continuous integration and deployment in your testing workflows.
● Automate core functionality testing for efficiency and consistency.
● Implement end-to-end E2E automation for seamless component testing.
● Validate UI display and responsiveness for optimal user experience.
● Execute workflow tests to ensure smooth navigation and interaction.
● Maintain detailed test documentation for effective traceability.
● Perform regression checks to verify the integrity of existing features post-update.
● Generate comprehensive test reports for quick status assessment.
● Utilize specialized tools(or spreadsheets) for visual representation, issue identification, and tracking.
● Ensure version control, naming consistency, and leverage cloud storage for collaborative efficiency.
● Perform security testing and vulnerability assessments to identify potential security issues, and ensure compliance with security standards.
● Collaborate with DevOps engineers and ensure that automated tests are integrated into CI/CD pipelines.

Required Qualifications
● Proven capability to thrive in collaborative settings, fostering team success by leveraging shared expertise and a unified vision.
● Strong communication skills, adept at conveying complex ideas persuasively and clearly.
● Minimum 3 years (or, equivalent) experience in Software Testing.
● Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science.
● Proactive approach in mastering new skills and concepts.
