Artificial Intelligence Engineer [Reinforcement Learning]

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced reinforcement learning algorithms for optimizing logistics and supply chain processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and refine machine learning models tailored to specific warehouse challenges.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and insights that can inform algorithm improvements and decision-making.
• Utilize statistical methods, predictive modeling, experimental design, and simulations to solve optimization tasks.
• Work closely with software engineers to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing systems and platforms.

Requirements

• Master's or higher degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Operations Research, Econometrics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience with reinforcement learning frameworks and tools
• Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, or data mining.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or C++.
• Familiarity with one or more machine learning or statistical modeling tools/libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Working knowledge of databases.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for tackling complex logistical challenges.
