About the job
职责：
- 与策划团队合作，沟通理解产品需求，提出并实施最佳解决方案
- 理解策划、美术团队的需求，帮助其实现相关的工具，并实现相关的工作流程
- 根据QA、策划的反馈意见，高效的的debug，迭代相关的Gameplay功能
必备条件：
- 在游戏行业中有4年以上作为软件工程师的开发经验
- 精通C++或C#
- 参与过至少一个已发布的游戏项目
- 对常见的游戏和软件设计模式有深入理解
- 出色的调试技能
- 在技术决策中具备产品意识、务实态度和玩家同理心
优先条件：
- 拥有2年以上的游戏玩法开发经验
- 具有使用商业引擎（如Unreal或Unity）的经验
- 具备与中型工程团队合作的经验
- 参与过游戏开发的原型设计和前期制作阶段
- 具备敏捷开发经验
