About the Role

In this role, you'll play a key part in creating engaging visual content to support our marketing and communication efforts. You'll work closely with the marketing team to develop impactful graphics, social media posts, and video content that resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics for various marketing materials, including website banners, social media posts, infographics, and presentations.
• Create engaging video content, including explainer videos, testimonials, and social media promos (experience with basic video editing preferred).
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and develop creative concepts.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design software like Canva.
• A strong understanding of visual design principles (composition, color theory, typography).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• A creative and enthusiastic individual with a passion for design.
• Bonus points for: experience with basic video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve), knowledge of UI/UX design principles, and experience working in a healthcare-related field.
