Cordance is seeking an Account Executive for FieldConnect, a B2B mobile workforce software enterprise specializing in the fast-growing mobile field service market. FieldConnect is seeking a proven sales contributor in the field services industry that is an experienced hunter and closer who is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and who works with a sense of urgency to manage a pipeline, drive sales cycles, and close business. The successful Account Executive is a high-impact individual capable of driving new customer acquisition, generating revenue and meeting or exceeding quotas.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives and quarterly and annual booking targets by initiating and completing the sales process
  • Aggressively focus on new customer acquisition by qualifying and pursuing outbound leads to ensure a good fit for the product, laying a foundation for long term retention and customer success, also recognizing leads which should be returned to marketing for nurture
  • Conduct prospecting activities with high priority target accounts through trade show attendance and other activities
  • Penetrate new accounts by conducting discovery and creating a quantitative and qualitative ROI or value creation plan
  • Collaborate with and coordinate internal resources to share information and execute sales cycles/processes
  • Maintain diligent use of CRM to track all opportunities, leads, activities, forecasts, etc

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven quota attainment in B2B SaaS sales for field services; preferred selling into Sage or Microsoft
  • Selling new logo sales with $20,000 to $40,000 ACV range
  • Proven ability to manage an end-to-end sales cycle, driving alignment across multiple decision-makers with 60-to-90 day sale cycle
  • Experience working in a smaller team with a fast-growing product in mid-market
  • Proven experience qualifying and managing outbound leads
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles
  • Experience using advanced sales tools with experience advocating for the importance of sales data and reporting
