Role Overview
As a Senior Specialist, Lifecycle Marketing, you are responsible for developing responsive, high-quality email/SMS templates to support large-scale campaigns. You work closely with the team to translate designs and copy into functional, mobile-friendly emails using HTML/CSS within Iterable. Your primary focus is on the technical development of emails/SMS, ensuring all are optimized for a variety of devices and clients. You also manage dynamic content within templates and conduct thorough QA to ensure flawless execution.This role centers on template development and merging content from content creators.

What you do each day:
- Develop responsive and mobile-friendly templates using HTML/CSS within Iterable and SMS campaign tools
- Ensure content renders correctly across all devices, browsers, and clients
- Collaborate with the team to implement templates based on provided copy and designs
- Optimize templates for various screen sizes and email clients to improve user experience
- Manage and update content catalogs, ensuring dynamic and personalized content is configured correctly
- Conduct thorough QA and testing to identify and resolve design or formatting issues
- Work with the team to troubleshoot any technical issues related to rendering or deployment
- Ensure compliance with best practices, including accessibility standards and anti-spam regulation
- Stay current with email/SMS development trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the team's performance
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in email/SMS development or front-end web development
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
- Experience working with email service platforms (i.e. Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze) and SMS platforms
- Understanding of rendering across different clients, browsers, and device
- Strong knowledge of QA processes and testing tools (i.e. Litmus, Email on Acid)
- Familiarity with dynamic content and personalization within templates
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent work experience required

This role is open to candidates based in Philippines and the expected salary for this role is $14,000-$16,300 USD. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This is a full time contract role.
