Real Estate Asset Management Director

The Role

You are super smart domain expert in real estate asset managment, that will help us grow into unicorn over the next 16 months.

Our Company

We are on product market fit escape velocity ramp, scaling 2x every couple of weeks.

We are raising +- $10 Million Seed Round in the next 3-4 months.

We are on trajectory to becoming a unicorn in less than 2 years.

This role will be full-time, remote is fine, fluency in English is a prerequisite.

We have a talented team of 11 consisting of CTO, Head of Growth at previously acquired startups & Series C, in addition to 7 full-time engineers from Microsoft, Amazon and top AI/ML research universities such as Cornell, Berkeley, Columbia.

Karu develops AI infrastructure and solutions for businesses to supercharge their workflows with AI grounded on their data. We work with large financial, legal, real estate, asset management, insurance, education, and other firms to identify and build a solution to improve key employee processes.

Designed to be dynamically capable - it can even tackle the most complex tasks, citing direct sources grounded on proprietary data over any amount of sources

Our core offerings stem from our Karu Overdrive Engine, consisting of our Prism Analysis Intelligence model, Retrieval Analysis model and Generative AI model. Our solutions range from personalized enterprise customer support chatbots to legal draft review assistants to RFP AI support workflow tools.
