*Position Overview *

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leading a team of sales professionals, developing, and executing a strategic sales plan, and fostering strong client relationships.

*Responsibilities: *

Leadership:
-Lead, mentor, and motivate a remote team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
-Provide guidance, coaching, and ongoing training to ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

Strategic Planning:
-Develop and implement strategic B2B sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand the company's customer base and partnerships.
-Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Sales Execution:
-Drive the sales process from prospecting to closure, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and contract signing.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to deliver seamless customer solutions.

Client Relationship Management:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
-Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and recommending appropriate solutions to meet their needs.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
-Track sales performance metrics, including pipeline growth, conversion rates, and revenue attainment, and provide regular updates to senior management.
-Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.

*Requirements: *

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
-5+ years of sales experience, at least 2 years in a management role
-Experience in the SAAS industry or AI solutions.
-Proven track record of success in B2B sales and partnerships.
-Experience selling into HR leadership or L&D leadership is a plus.
-Experience selling Human Capital Management solutions is a plus.
-Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
-A network of leadership across the territory (mainly Saudi Arabia and UAE).
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team remotely.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
-Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
-Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
-Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-Should be based and able to work legally in the countries where the position is based (UAE or KSA).
