The Role: COO
We are seeking a dynamic Operations professional to join the company and contribute to our growth. You would be working on marketing, website and product development, customer service, process improvement, and vendor sourcing. The company is yet to hit the market so there is room to grow your own ideas and implement them in a way that meets your goals as well as the company's goals. We are looking for someone who is a jack of all trades, has experience across multiple departments, and is willing to help us grow.

We are pre-revenue and bootstrapping, so the role will be profit sharing for the first year once we launch and $$ comes in. The profit split will be 60(CEO&CTO)/40(you) until you make $10k monthly for 6 months straight. Then it will switch to salary and 10% equity, more if you invest money into the company at any point as we have invested already and cover operating costs.

Role Responsibilities
As the COO, you will be at the forefront of our operations, contributing to diverse tasks integral to the company's success:

1. Marketing Support: Collaborate on marketing strategies, content creation, and campaign execution to boost brand visibility and engagement.
2. Website and Product Development: Contribute to the development and improvement of our website and product offerings. Experience in WPEngine, coding, or using Elementor a plus.
3. Automated Processes: Identify opportunities for automation, create workflows, and implement processes to streamline operations.
4. Customer Service Excellence: Assist in providing outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive user experience.
5. Vendor Sourcing: Play a role in sourcing and establishing relationships with vendors to enhance our service offerings.
6. Business Development: Contribute ideas and effort toward the growth and development of ComfortlyTravel.

Role Specifics
This is a remote position. The company is expanding into Southeast Asia and the founder will be based in Singapore for the next year.The ideal candidate has travel, tourism, and hospitality experience and confidence that they can succeed in the role.
