Position Summary:
Raylu is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Growth Lead to partner directly with our CEO in driving all sales and marketing initiatives. As the first dedicated growth hire, you will play a critical role in shaping our outbound strategy, partnership development, and marketing efforts. This role requires a hands-on leader who is ready to take ownership of growth across multiple channels and creatively explore new opportunities to reach private market investors.
Responsibilities:
- Grow outbound growth strategy across channels like email and LinkedIn, driving targeted outreach to private market investors.
- Develop partnerships with consultants and service providers who support private market investors, positioning Raylu as a key AI solutions partner.
- Own all marketing efforts, including managing the website, product marketing, brand positioning, and creation of sales materials to ensure Raylu is well-positioned in the market.
- Lead content marketing initiatives: Write blogs, organize and run webinars, manage social media, and explore other content-driven strategies to engage with the PE industry.
- Set up and manage the revenue operations stack: Ensure proper tracking and automation of leads, and streamline sales data to provide clear visibility into performance and opportunities.
- Explore creative growth avenues: Experiment with new strategies, such as hosting a booth at conferences or developing novel sales channels, to expand our reach and drive growth.
What we are looking for:
- Strategic Thinker, Hands-on Doer: You are just as comfortable planning growth strategies as you are executing them. This role requires someone who can switch between high-level thinking and rolling up their sleeves to get things done.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and are not afraid to experiment, pivot, and learn quickly from failures.
- Data-Driven and Analytical: You believe in using data to drive decisions, and are comfortable working with tools to automate processes, track metrics, and optimize performance.
- Excellent Communicator and Collaborator: You can clearly communicate ideas and vision both internally and externally, and work well with cross-functional teams.
- Bonus: Experience working in or with the private markets/financial industry and a good understanding of AI or SaaS product marketing.
