Marketing Assistant

JOB SUMMARY

We're looking for a marketing assistant for our marketing team in India. The assistant would be making reports and help in organising and posting content to social media. In addition, there will be some creative work to be done, like using media creation tools.

• Create reports based on data available through analytics
• Ensure smooth creation and posting of media assets to social media and the website
• Help key team members plan and create content based on briefs

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collate monthly reports for various marketing activities
• Use templates to create media
• Send emails for marketing activities
• Use briefs to make media and imagery
• Help organise marketing activities based on a marketing plan
• Liaise with PR and other professionals to carry out marketing activity
• Carry our research to enable growth of marketing activities

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Ability to use excel, word and other basic managment programs
• Some art/designs skills will be appreciated
• Willing to learn
• Ability to organise and manage
