Sr. ML Engineer

We are seeking a talented ML Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our engineering and data science teams to build and maintain robust data pipelines, develop data models, and integrate advanced technologies such as LLMs (Large Language Models) and vector databases.
Key Responsibilities:
Model Development: Design, build, and deploy LLMs/ML models to solve complex problems and enhance our product offerings.
Data Analysis: Analyze and preprocess large datasets to extract meaningful insights and prepare data for model training.
Algorithm Selection: Research and implement the most effective algorithms and techniques for various machine learning tasks.
Integration: Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ML models into our existing systems and ensure seamless functionality.
Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize model performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI, and incorporate relevant technologies into our solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful model development and deployment.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn, and technologies such as OpenAI, LLama, Langchain, LLamaIndex, VectorDB
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and data preprocessing techniques.
Experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas and NumPy.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a startup environment and adapt to changing requirements and priorities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, ML, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience as a ML Engineer.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with various database systems.
Proficiency in data warehousing technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Programming skills in Python.
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment with a passion for innovation.
