The Opportunity

We're seeking a dynamic, results-driven Head of Customer Acquisition to join our founding team. This is a cofounder-level position with significant equity compensation, perfect for someone who wants to shape the future of digital wellness and behavioral change technology.

Role Overview

As Head of Customer Acquisition, you'll be instrumental in launching BingeBetter to market and building our initial user base. You'll develop and execute our go-to-market strategy, focusing on community building, user acquisition, and brand awareness during our crucial early stages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead our product launch strategy and execution
  • Build and nurture our early user community
  • Design and implement growth hacking initiatives to drive user acquisition
  • Develop and manage relationships with influencers in the fitness and productivity spaces
  • Create and execute PR campaigns, including media outreach and story pitching
  • Manage our social media presence across all relevant platforms
  • Generate buzz through community engagement on platforms like Reddit, Twitter, and relevant forums
  • Track, analyze, and report on user acquisition metrics and campaign performance
  • Collaborate with the founding team to iterate on product features based on user feedback

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, community building, or PR, preferably in tech or fitness
  • Proven track record of building and executing successful launch strategies
  • Strong network within tech, fitness, or wellness communities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in building relationships with journalists and media outlets
  • Hands-on approach to social media management and community engagement
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and reporting
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with ambiguity
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and/or productivity

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Previous startup experience, especially in early-stage companies
  • Experience launching products from zero to market
  • Demonstrated success in building engaged communities
  • Strong understanding of fitness and wellness markets
  • Track record of successful PR placements
  • Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships
