Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Content Manager to join our team full-time. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, creating, and managing high-quality educational text content that aligns with exam requirements. Your work will directly impact the learning experience of students worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Content Development: Source, create, edit, and review study materials that align with various exam requirements, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for all content by ensuring it is accurate, clear, and supportive of student learning at various educational levels.
- Problem-Solving & Creativity: Use innovative approaches to simplify complex or disorganized content, making it clear and structured for students.
- Project & Freelancer Management: Oversee the content production process from planning to completion, collaborating with freelancers to meet quality standards, deadlines, and project goals.
- Remote Work & Time Management: Work independently in a remote setting, staying organized, meeting deadlines, and managing time effectively.
- Use of Project Management Tools: Utilize tools like Notion and Linear to organize tasks, track progress, and support collaboration.
- Effective Communication: Coordinate with remote team members and freelancers through strong written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
- Passion for Education: A strong commitment to helping students succeed by making high-quality, accessible study resources.
- * Multilingual Abilities: Knowledge of additional languages is important.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring content accuracy and quality.
- Experience in Content Development: Proven experience in creating educational content, preferably for exam preparation.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools like Notion and Linear.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and freelancers.
- Self-Motivated and Autonomous: Able to work independently and take initiative without constant oversight.
Bonus
- Experience in Educational Technology: Familiarity with ed-tech platforms or exam preparation products.
- Background in Education: Teaching experience or a degree in education.
- Multilingual Abilities: Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience with Remote Teams: Prior experience working with distributed teams.
