Key Responsibilities

• Frontend Development: Lead the design and implementation of user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, and Redux.
• Architecture & Design: Make critical architectural decisions to ensure platform scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Mobile App Development: Develop and design mobile applications using React Native, ensuring consistency with the web platform and optimal performance on mobile devices.
• User Experience: Design and implement intuitive and engaging user experiences, ensuring a seamless interaction across the platform.
• Integration: Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance frontend functionality.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously improve frontend performance, user experience, and code efficiency.
• Real-Time Communication: Implement WebSockets and WebRTC for real-time data exchange and seamless communication features within the platform.
• Security: Ensure best practices for frontend security to protect user data and maintain platform integrity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers and other stakeholders to deliver a cohesive product.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior developers and participate in code reviews.

Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years of hands-on frontend development experience with strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and Redux.
• Skills: Expertise in frontend development with a solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle challenges independently without constant guidance.
• Passion for EdTech: Genuine interest in education technology with a desire to make an impact.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
