Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Software Engineer to join our growing software team. This role is critical for developing the functionality, robustness, and usability of our medical software applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications for medical imaging devices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical staff, quality assurance, and engineers.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to good coding standards, and employ effective bug-tracking and troubleshooting practices.
• Contribute to the improvement of software development processes and practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in C++ desktop software development.
• Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Experience with version control systems and software development lifecycles.
• Preferred: Located near the Upper Valley area, or willing to relocate nearby.
• Preferred: Experience with some of the following libraries – Qt, VTK, DCMTK, OpenCV
• Preferred: Experience with machine learning, computer vision, image processing
• Preferred: Experience interfacing with hospital/medical record systems, such as radiation oncology information systems, EHR, HL7, DICOM services, FHR.
