This critical position will coordinate the validation & verification activities between multi-disciplinary teams (HW/SW, Ground/Flight products, Test Infrastructure) in defining the roadmap for the validation & verification activities across the Hub system. Loft is making a disruptive change in the industry by offering time on on-orbit systems for use by customers - The validation of the Hub as a system will be the key to make sure everything work together.
Location: Our preference for this role is for someone to live in France as you'd be taking frequent trips to the Toulouse office.

About this role:
- Define the overall validation & verification plan of the system made of various components being designed in-house by Loft called Hub and interconnected
- Ensure the consistency with the validation & verification roadmaps of each flight product
- Establish priorities & roadmap in coordination with the flight product, ground & test infra team leads.
- Responsible for meeting schedule milestones at the various stages of the validation & verification plan.
- Will support the resolution of the I&T and flight operation anomalies related to the Hub System
Must Haves:
- Minimum 5-10 years electrical component development experience or systems engineering experience focused on the validation & verification of electrical systems with HW/SW interactions
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in Product Management & Life Cycle (development, production, operation)
- Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in data visualization.
- Strong interpersonal skills; capable of influencing others without formal authority.
Nice to Haves:
- Proficient with Jira Global Configuration or familiar with the Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management).
- Proficient in Python.
- Previous experience working with an international team across time zones.
