About the role

The Claims Administrator position, a brand new role to our business will act as a support to our claims team. Based in our Haberfield office, the role would suit someone who has a real passion for administration and a love of working in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile insurance transactions
• Send payment requests to accounts
• Provide claim updates to customers.
• Send letter of demands to third parties
• Liaise with repairers to confirm repair progress and completion
• Upload new claims in the system
• Identify any missing information from new claims
• Contact insurers to verify information.
• Contact customers, third parties and witnesses to collate evidence
• Process vehicle tow requests

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 1 years' experience in an administration role
• Be a natural problem solver with a strong customer focus and proactive, empathetic nature.
• Self-motivated with an ability to stay focused when managing multiple tasks.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
• An understanding of insurance would be advantageous but not required.
• Comfortable with computers and learning new systems.
• Willing to learn and able to adapt to change in this evolving role.
