What you will do:
- In charge of the client’s lifecycle with AppsFlyer, from onboarding, value realization to renewals.
- Ensure that the client gets value from AppsFlyer platform
- Provide client with best practices on mobile and marketing analytics
- Drive AppsFlyer feature adoption with clients
- Train clients on AppsFlyer features and keep them updated
- Be the clients’ voice inside AppsFlyer
- Manage internal stakeholders along with external ones
- Create upsell and cross-sell opportunities with clients
- Deliver presentations and frequent interaction with CXO audience
- Leading client retention and renewals with low-tier clients
What you have:
- 2+ years of experience with digital marketing / SaaS products / product management
- Excellent multi-task management, prioritization and time management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bonus Points:
- Preferred experience in servicing SaaS products
- Preferred experience with mobile advertising / analytics landscape.
- Being recommended by an AppsFlyer employee
