Job Title: DevOps Engineer
Location: USA (Relocation with TN Visa Sponsorship)

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer with 8+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in automating and optimizing our infrastructure and development processes. You will work closely with development and operations teams to enhance our deployment pipelines, improve system performance, and ensure high availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
Design and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
Automate routine tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
Implement and manage containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Ensure security best practices are implemented across all environments.
Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and changes to the infrastructure.
Participate in on-call rotation to support production systems.

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
Proficiency with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and administration.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
Relevant certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Professional DevOps Engineer, etc.).
Background in software development is a plus.
