Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our team. You will work on projects involving the development of advanced generative models for personalized digital art, improving AI-driven workflows for custom portrait generation, and exploring new creative AI solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and artistic output. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, fine-tuning, and deploying generative AI models for creating custom digital art and portraits, as well as working on text-based AI and AI agents for automation. You'll work closely with our creative and engineering teams to improve our current models, optimize performance, and ensure our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and fine-tune generative models (e.g., GANs, diffusion models) for portrait and digital art applications, and explore the use of text-based AI and AI agents for automating workflows.
• Work with computer vision techniques for facial recognition, landmark detection, and image manipulation to enhance portrait realism.
• Deploy and optimize AI models using tools like Gradio, Runpod, Hugging Face, and ComfyUI/ForgeUI, addressing deployment challenges such as scalability and low-latency requirements.
• Utilize GPU optimization and inference acceleration techniques (e.g., TensorRT, ONNX) to improve model efficiency.
• Collaborate with the R&D engineers and the creative team by attending creative meetings, providing technical feasibility assessments, and aligning technical advancements with artistic goals and customer needs.
• Implement MLOps practices to manage model development, monitoring, and iterative improvement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on generative models and computer vision.
• Strong expertise in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience with tools like Gradio, Hugging Face, Runpod, ComfyUI, and ForgeUI.
• Proven ability to fine-tune pre-trained models (e.g., LORA and checkpoints) for specific use cases.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with cloud platforms for deploying and scaling AI models.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices for model management and monitoring (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
• A keen interest or background in digital art or design is highly preferred.
