To further empower our partners, we are launching Lamudi Connect—a comprehensive super app that consolidates all our services into one seamless platform.
The challenge? Ensuring our agent partners are fully engaged—both online and offline—with the full suite of tools and services Lamudi offers. We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Agent Engagement to lead this crucial effort.Are you a versatile professional with broad experience in sales, marketing, operations, and product? If so, this could be the perfect role for you!
As the Senior Manager, Agent Engagement, on day-to-day;
- You will Lead Agent Engagement Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive agent partner engagement at scale, leveraging both technology (CRM systems, the Lamudi Connect app, etc.) and conventional methods (events, trainings, customer service) to ensure effective interaction and satisfaction.
- You will Oversee Cross-Functional Teams: Manage teams responsible for the complete agent journey, from activation and onboarding to long-term engagement and success.
- You will Design & Execute Onboarding Programs: Create and implement programs that enable newly registered users to succeed from their first day on the platform.
- You will Develop & Execute Training Initiatives: Create comprehensive training programs to help agent partners understand and utilize all features of the platform effectively.
- You will Organize Engagement Events: Plan and execute both online and offline events to foster deep, hands-on engagement with agent partners at scale.
- You will Drive Cross-Activation: Design strategies that encourage agent partners to adopt and use multiple services within the Lamudi ecosystem.
- You will Ensure Service Satisfaction: Oversee the customer experience team, ensuring a high level of service satisfaction among our agent partners.
- You will Collaborate with Key Teams: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment across all engagement initiatives, using data-driven insights from technology platforms to guide decisions.
Is this you?
- Experienced generalist with minimum 7 years of work experience handling sales, community management, marketing, operations or product, primarily large-scale activations
- Min. of 3 years of proven leadership experience
- Proven experience in agent/dealer engagement within marketing function, sales management, or a related field within the real estate industry or a related industry with commission-based agent structures
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to drive initiatives that boost agent productivity
- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer lifecycle management
- Proven track record of managing partner/agent networks at scale
- Proficiency in data management and CRM systems, with a focus on optimizing workflows and enhancing user experience
- Can-do attitude. You are a pro on strategic and analytical thinking, but you demonstrate a hands-on approach to be deeply involved in the execution of initiatives
