Director - Finance

Position Summary -

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Finance to lead our financial operations in India. As a key member of the leadership team, you will report to the CEO and play a critical role in driving financial excellence, compliance, and strategic growth initiatives.

What will you do -

1. Drive Financial Strategy and Operational Excellence:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business
• Enhance performance management and accountability for operational
• Utilize data analysis and automation tools to support scaling and informed decision-making.

1. Collaborate as a Cross-Functional Business Partner:

1. Own the Financial Model, Improve the Planning Process, and Use Financial Analysis of Key SaaS Metrics/KPIs to Influence Business Decisions::

• Evaluate ROI on corporate investments and product
• Influence and support prioritization of corporate resource
• Lead the planning process and drive accountability for the financial

What you will bring -

• Demonstrated success in a senior financial leadership role within the SaaS industry, preferably with experience scaling high-growth
• Strong operator and leader with the ability to transform finance teams, processes, and systems; implement and track KPIs; and optimize
• Experience with investor relations and financing (including debt and equity financing) will be appreciated, along with treasury
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to board members, investors, leadership teams, and broader company
• Global financial management experience with international finance, compliance, and tax strategies across different
• 10+ years of increasing financial leadership responsibility with deep experience in operational finance and FP&A.
• Experience implementing modern finance tools that help scale and influence a company’s digital
