As we continue to grow and disrupt the industry, we are seeking a world-class VP of Enterprise Sales to join our dynamic team and to lead B2B sales for our organization.

This executive will be responsible for building and scaling our sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and cultivating relationships with key enterprise partners in the creator and fintech space. The ideal candidate has deep experience in B2B fintech or SaaS sales, a passion for the creator economy, and a track record of driving high revenue in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the creator economy.
  • Set ambitious revenue targets and implement sales processes, tools, and analytics to achieve these objectives.
  • Own the entire B2B sales lifecycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing and upselling.

-Team Leadership & Development

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team capable of scaling with the company.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration, encouraging team members to achieve and exceed their targets.
  • Establish performance metrics and KPIs, provide coaching, and implement continuous learning opportunities for the team.

Market Expansion & Partnerships

  • Identify and build relationships with key accounts, partners, and influencers within the creator economy and fintech space.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize our go-to-market strategy and ensure product-market fit.
  • Identify and act on new business opportunities, leveraging insights into industry trends and market shifts.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Utilize analytics and performance data to drive strategic sales decisions and optimize the sales funnel.
  • Track and report on key sales metrics to stakeholders and provide insights into areas of growth and opportunity.

Requirements

Experience: 10+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of driving substantial revenue growth in fintech, SaaS, or a high-growth tech startup.
Leadership: 5+ years in a sales leadership role, with experience managing and scaling a high-performing sales team.
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of the fintech landscape and a passion for the creator economy.
Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed ambitious revenue targets and KPIs in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic acumen with the ability to develop and execute on innovative sales strategies.
Excellent Communicator: Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, with exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
Experience working in a venture-backed startup environment.
Familiarity with sales automation tools (e.g. HubSpot) and CRM systems.
Existing network of partners within the creator economy.
