Senior Software Development Engineer III

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE III) to join our iOS development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building high-quality iOS applications and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our iOS apps. You will lead the iOS development team, ensure best practices, and drive innovative solutions to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead iOS Development:Oversee the entire iOS development lifecycle, ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Architect and Develop: Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient iOS application architectures.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to create seamless and user-friendly mobile experiences.
• Code Reviews: Conduct comprehensive code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Performance Optimization:Optimise applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Stay Updated:Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in iOS development and incorporate them into projects.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of the applications.
• Testing: Implement and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure the robustness of the codebase.
• Documentation:Create and maintain technical documentation for iOS solutions and processes. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in iOS development with a strong command of Swift and Objective-C. In-depth knowledge of iOS frameworks like SwiftUI, Combine, ARKit, and AVFoundation. Proficient in managing complex architectures and improving application performance. Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and automated testing. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to learning and technology improvements. Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
