Slick is a digital platform enhancing the college experience for India's 40 million students by creating a centralized, personalized community space and leveraging AI-driven features, with a current registered user base of 2 million. Unlike other platforms, Slick promotes authentic interactions through anonymity and real-time moderation, ensuring safe and genuine connections.

At Slick, our aim is to fundamentally change the way social networking platforms are perceived and used, especially by the younger generations. On Slick, one can connect with their real friends (not strangers) and engage with them in an uplifting way by picking them up in anonymous polls that are designed to make them feel better about themselves. With this, we are solving the innate desire of humans to understand the genuine emotions that their significant others (friends) have for them. Moreover, these anonymous polls are created and vetted by the platform to ensure an overall positive and uplifting in-app environment. Besides, the app architecture is such that it is important to add only your friends to your network, meaning connecting with strangers won’t add any value to the user experience.
