Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for crafting, managing, and executing our content strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. This role involves working on content for both Aspire Proptech and its clients, ensuring that each brand's unique identity is maintained while meeting business objectives. Your mission will be to develop engaging content that aligns with our goals, stay up-to-date with the latest trends, and create a powerful online presence.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with brand objectives for Aspire Proptech and its clients.
- Create high-quality, engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, email campaigns, and landing pages.
- Innovate and iterate on content ideas to expand the digital footprint and enhance brand visibility for both Aspire and its clients.
Social Media Management
- Plan, manage, and maintain social media presence across platforms for Aspire Proptech and its clients, driving engagement and growth.
- Develop monthly content calendars with social media posts, blogs, emails, and newsletters for both Aspire and client projects.
- Leverage social media trends to create content that resonates with our target audiences.
Copywriting & Campaigns
- Craft persuasive ad copies and creative campaign content for Aspire Proptech and its clients that capture the audience's interest.
- Develop engaging project marketing campaigns, from brainstorming to execution, for Aspire and client projects.
- Write content for ads, brochures, creatives, and websites that aligns with the brand voice of Aspire and its clients.
Brand Building
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring adherence to the unique tone and voice of Aspire Proptech and its clients.
- Use SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines, improving online visibility for both Aspire and client projects.
- Collaborate with the team to develop project themes and innovative marketing strategies for Aspire and its clients.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Analyze content performance metrics, report insights, and refine strategies to improve ROI for Aspire and its clients.
- Track KPIs and social media campaign performance to inform content planning for Aspire and client projects.
- Utilize data to continuously improve content effectiveness and digital engagement for both Aspire and its clients.
Creative Content Development
- Develop video content, including reels and mobile format videos, for social media platforms for Aspire and its clients.
- Ideate and create innovative visuals, working with tools like Canva or Adobe, to meet the needs of Aspire and client projects.
- Engage with audiences through unique and interactive content formats, such as memes and knowledge series, tailored for Aspire and its clients.
Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years in Content Marketing, Social Media, or a related role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Skills:
- Proven expertise in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt to various content formats.
- Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot).
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus (Canva, Adobe).
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and trend analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
