SuperTokens builds open-source user authentication. For developers building apps that want users to be able to sign up for the app, they have to build the signup page and other user authentication functionality. SuperTokens offers that out of the box. We enable developers to focus on their core product and integrate user authentication in under 1 hour.
We are seeking a Go-To-Market Manager to lead and direct our GTM initiatives, focusing on demand generation and client acquisition for our auth solution. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing strategies that drive market penetration, enhance brand visibility, and optimize customer engagement. This is a remote position in the North American time zone.
What you'll do:
Develop and Execute GTM Strategies: Craft comprehensive GTM plans that align with SuperTokens objectives, focusing on client acquisition and market growth.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify target markets, analyze competition, and understand customer needs to inform GTM strategies.
Lead Generation and Conversion: Oversee lead generation efforts, implementing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with SEO, marketing, sales, product development, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of product launches and marketing campaigns.
Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of GTM strategies and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
Brand Development: Enhance the visibility and credibility of SuperTokens through effective branding and marketing initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers, to drive business growth.
Event Coordination and Offline Marketing: Assist in organising conference attendance, including preparing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and other promotional items.
Bring market signals back to product teams to drive innovation on AWS product roadmaps.
Develop product marketing strategies including pricing, advertising, product launching, company website management, and product handouts.
Qualifications:
Ability to wear many hats, we are a seed stage start-up!
Former founder is a big plus
Technical Acumen: Capable of understanding our product and being able to engage with customers on technical topics related to it. Capable of understanding customer (technical) needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in Go-To-Market strategy, business development, or marketing, preferably in Identity & Access Management.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies that drive revenue growth.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
