About The Role 🤔:
As the Growth Strategy Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping Immutable’s narrative as the number one web3 gaming platform. We’ve launched one of the fastest-growing wallets and chains and want to take our story to the next level.
You will translate our achievements into compelling messages that resonate across the fast-evolving web3 and gaming landscape. Your work will build strategic content that not only educates and engages but also drives brand visibility, audience growth, and community retention. Working across our whole Growth team with the Chief Growth Officer and Founders directly to amplify the messages, with the full weight of Immutable behind it.

You’ll Be Empowered To 🎮:
- Collaborate with the founders, execs and key partners to refine and evolve our marketing and growth content, building a clear and intentional brand identity
- Create compelling and engaging content quickly, embracing a "test and iterate" philosophy. This includes facilitating brainstorming of memes, ads, copy, stories, and videos and working with channel specialists to test across various channels
- Source and validate stories from founders, product teams, and partner success teams to craft impactful narratives, in the end you decide with the Chief Growth Officer what stories we want to ship
- Collect insights and feedback from the community, industry channels, institutional groups and partners to identify potential narrative seeds to demonstrate our strategic edge
- Drive engagement through multiple channels, including social media (primarily Twitter and Discord), the company website, digital marketing campaigns, and community interactions with marketing partners
We'd Love You To Bring 🤝:
- 3+ years of experience in audience building, which can be outside of your professional experience if you do it for yourself (a blog, YouTube channel, social media, etc)
- Expertise in narrative-building across digital platforms
- A commercial mindset to identify and prioritise the most impactful content opportunities
- Comfort working with executive leadership and translating high-level business goals into engaging messages
- An ability to quickly conceptualise, test, and iterate on ideas for fast-moving digital environments
- A first principles thinker who thrives in uncertain environments and drives creative problem-solving
