The role
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll support the development and execution of innovative strategies to enhance user experience and boost conversion rates across digital channels. Collaborating with diverse teams, you'll implement data-driven enhancements to transform our performance marketing campaigns, particularly in email marketing and paid media. Your passion for driving growth and delivering excellent customer experiences will be key to your success in this role.
What you'll be doing
- Planning and managing performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms to meet revenue targets.
- Supporting the overall CRO strategy aligned with Prospa’s digital marketing goals.
- Analysing user behaviour, website performance, and conversion metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Optimising conversion rates through A/B testing and creative optimisation using performance best practices.
- Continuously monitoring key metrics like CPL, CPA, and ROAS to ensure campaigns are cost-efficient and effective.
- Developing and optimising data-driven email marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
- Collaborating with sales and product teams to develop touch point communications to enhance conversion.
- Building email campaigns using segmentation, personalisation, and automation.
- Collaborating with the data team to leverage data and insights to improve user experience and conversion rates.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a similar role within B2B lead generation environments (in-house experience or end-to-end client management experience preferred).
- Ability to successfully manage and optimise Google and Facebook Ads.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Segment and Salesforce CRM would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and a high attention to detail.
