We are seeking a PM ready to lead one of our top company priorities through ideation, growth, and commercial strategy for our Lyft Partner ecosystem. Specifically, you will lead the product development of our partner experience, rider rewards, and monetization strategy.
We’re seeking a PM who brings exceptional creative, strategic, and analytical skills to drive forward a best-in-class product. You’ll lead the integration of business development, engineering, data science, and design to support Lyft’s & our partners’ goals. We’re seeking an entrepreneurial and passionate PM to innovate and execute across a rapidly growing, fast-paced company and industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Partnership product strategy by developing and executing a robust roadmap combining customer obsession with business impact
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to drive user engagement through Partnerships, using data-driven insights, customer feedback, and industry trends to influence decisions. Your comfort with data will allow you to drive key decisions and iterate on product experiences
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Business Development to develop inspired new opportunities as well as drive ongoing refinements and technical capabilities
- Communicate clearly all roadmaps, priorities, experiments and decisions across a wide spectrum of audiences from partner teams to executive levels. Ensure that key leadership & stakeholders are aligned on critical priorities, opportunities, and progress on key initiatives
- Work directly with external and internal partner teams to co-develop great product experiences as well as build best in class technical solutions
- Provide top-tier partner support and satisfaction, acting as a primary collaborator for business development and strategic partners
- Completely own your team’s products – existing or new – from ideation, through development, launch, growth, and maintenance
Experience:
- 5+ years of product management experience with significant time spent leading consumer-facing products
- Natural leadership and ability to make things happen. You manage project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in an organized and structured way, and you are able to define and analyze metrics that inform the success of your products
- Excellent judgment and thoughtfulness about the dynamics of the product ecosystem
- Strong communication skills and intuition for communication strategy at every level -- within teams, within the company, to users, and external stakeholders
- Ability to conceptualize, prioritize and lead multiple projects for stakeholders
- Detail oriented with superior organizational skills -- balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests should be second nature to you

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.
The expected base pay range for this position in the New York City area is $172,000 - $215,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
