Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process from prospecting to closing, building strong relationships with healthcare clients, and driving revenue growth for Medsender. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and foster long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients in the healthcare sector.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored presentations that align Medsender’s solutions with client goals.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead qualification to closing deals, ensuring all opportunities are tracked in the CRM.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to communicate client feedback and contribute to product development.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close contracts, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with company objectives.
- Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership, along with insights into market trends and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, especially in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
- Experience selling to enterprise clients or C-suite decision-makers, given AI tech solutions often have high stakes and strategic impacts.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to diverse audiences.
- Technical proficiency to demo AI products, explain key features and value propositions, and answer technical questions at a high level.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing the full sales cycle.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
- A passion for healthcare technology and a commitment to improving patient care.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of AI technologies (e.g., deep learning, neural networks) and their real-world applications across industries.
- Start-up experience, where an AE is expected to be hands-on, self-motivated, and comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced changes.
- Experience selling into hospitals, specialty practices, or primary care offices where AI adoption is growing rapidly.
- Familiarity with navigating both short and long sales cycles.
- Experience navigating complex deals involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring strategic account management.
