The Role
At Veeva Crossix, we're developing and managing a robust data platform designed to process vast amounts of medical data, helping us understand consumer behavior while maintaining strict patient privacy standards. The Audiences team leverages this data to build machine learning models, enabling marketers to effectively target their campaigns to the right audience. We are seeking a DevOps engineer to take charge of the DevOps activities for the Audiences team.
What You'll Do
- Work with Product, R&D, and integration teams to define and implement CI/CD to apply in production, staging, and testing environments in AWS
- Optimize environments for security, performance, and cost, and optimize processes for speed.
- Define and integrate monitoring solutions
- Use tools like Terraform GitHub actions to deploy and maintain services using K8s and EMR
- Become a product deployment and operation expert
Requirements
- Concrete, hands-on experience with AWS
- At least 3 years of experience in building deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools such as using GitHub actions or Jenkins
- Experience in working with product and engineering in building and supporting production systems
- Experience with containers and K8s
- Autodidact who loves to jump and learn new technologies
Nice to Have
- Linux system administration experience.
- Java/MySQL
