Senior AI/Full-Stack Engineer - Founding Team, Harvard AI Dementia/Caregiving Startup

At Beaver Health, we’re a mission-driven team of AI researchers, engineers, doctors, and caregivers tackling the global aging, dementia, and caregiving crisis. Backed by Harvard Innovation Labs and the National Institutes of Health, we’re building scalable, assistive AI systems to support the health, well-being, and quality of life of older adults and their family caregivers.

The Role
We're hiring exceptional founding engineers who execute rapidly and love building products from 0→1. You'll be at the forefront of AI x healthcare to:

• Architect and productionize LLM-based systems that genuinely help people
• Build, ship, and iterate core product features with high autonomy
• Drive technical architecture decisions that will scale with our growing user base
• Bridge the gap between evidence-based health interventions, cutting-edge AI research, and real-world impact

Technical Requirements

• Strong track record shipping AI systems into production (LLMs, RAG, evaluation/observability pipelines)
• Experience with conversational AI systems (ASR/NLU/TTS/Dialog)
• Full-stack expertise (TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, Azure)
• Proven ability to architect and maintain production systems at scale
