Key Responsibilities

Fullstack Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable full-stack applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js).

E-Paper and System Enhancements: Lead the development and enhancements of the E-Paper product and contribute to the integration of various systems like SSO and user profile management.

Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, focusing on achieving optimal Google Web Vitals scores.

Database Management: Design, implement, and optimize database structures for performance and scalability using MongoDB.

Collaboration and Planning: Work closely with other team members, including front-end and back-end developers, to plan, design, and develop robust applications.

Problem-Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues throughout the application lifecycle, ensuring high availability and performance.

Qualifications

B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Full-stack development using the MERN stack.

Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Strong understanding of web performance optimization, particularly Google Web Vitals.

Experienced in database design and optimization, especially with MongoDB.

Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with cloud services, APIs, and web services.

Ability to write clean, readable, and easily maintainable code.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
