Vaia Climate is looking for a driven and passionate Founders' Office Associate to support the execution of high-impact initiatives. In this role, you will assist with communications, public relations, fundraising, and program management. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and play a role in key strategic decisions within a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.

• Education o Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Experiences o Minimum 3 to 4 Years of relevant work experience is required.
• Skills o Outstanding project management and organizational skills o Excellent written and verbal communication abilities o Skilled at handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment o Experience in fundraising, public relations, or external communications is a plus o Enjoys working collaboratively in a team-based setting o Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail
