YOUR QUALIFICATION
- Completed B.A or B.Com degree
- 2-5 years of professional experience in accounting, secretarial or administration/office management
- Organisations skills are a must
- Be an independent thinker with a roll up your sleeve attitude
- Confident in written and spoken English for communication with European offices and foreign consultant teams
- Working knowledge in common PC programs, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Confident handling of modern communication technology
- Effecient communication skills, ability to work in a team, independent, reliable and discrete with information sharing
YOUR TASKS
- Problem solving
- Organising at a physical and data level
- Tracking petty accounts and maintaining cash register
- Follow up calls and maintaining reminder calenders
- Day-today working on the office
- Developing efficient filing systems
- Compiling employee timesheets
- Processing and forwarding internal and external inquiries (by telephone, e-mail)
- Scheduling, coordinating and organizing internal and external online and face-to-face meetings and events. This is not limited to punctual follow-ups and keeping records of communications.
- Planning, booking and invoicing of business trips at home and abroad
- Managing and organizing the Outlook contact database
- Management of sample lamps, subscriptions and magazines/newspapers
