Shopify Quality Assurance Specialist (CRO Focus)

We’re looking for a rockstar Quality Assurance Specialist who’s obsessed with detail and loves making sure everything is working exactly as it should be. If you have an eye for perfection and enjoy working with web, design, and data-focused teams, keep reading—we’d love to have you on board!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Test, Test, Test! – You'll run manual and automated tests on various web pages, forms, and CRO experiments to ensure everything is flawless before they go live.

• Identify Bugs & Issues – Spot any problems or inconsistencies and work with our developers, designers, and CRO strategists to get them fixed.

• Maintain Testing Documentation – Keep a record of all tests, results, and troubleshooting efforts to ensure we’re improving our processes and output.

• Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with our CRO strategists, designers, and developers to ensure all CRO experiments and client-facing work meet the highest quality standards.

• Be the Last Line of Defense – Ensure that every element, from button clicks to complex flows, works perfectly before our clients and their customers experience it.

• Help Improve Our Testing Process – Share your QA insights and help shape how we approach quality control as we grow.

What We’re Looking For:

• Detail-Oriented – You have a sharp eye for small details and are relentless when it comes to making sure everything is perfect.
• Analytical – You’re comfortable working with data, love breaking things apart to find root causes, and have the skills to communicate your findings clearly.
• Tech-Savvy – Familiarity with web technologies, conversion tracking, HTML/CSS, and testing platforms is a huge plus.
• Team Player – You love working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can communicate clearly with a variety of team members. Bonus Points if you have experience with Shopify
