Associate Product Manager

At 50Fin, we are committed to democratizing and digitizing capital markets lending, with a focus on serving the needs of Indian investors. Our core product, Loans Against Securities (LAS), empowers investors to leverage their investments without needing to liquidate. We are seeking an Associate Product Manager who will collaborate across teams to drive product development and enhance the user experience.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Associate Product Manager responsible for working closely with the business team and the development team to build the best user experience for our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Development: Work closely with development teams (front-end and back-end) to assist in defining technical requirements and ensuring the smooth integration of new features.

User Experience: Engage with operations and customer experience teams to gather feedback, understand customer pain points, and translate them into product improvements.

Collaboration: Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer support, to drive technical issues' resolution, product enhancements, and ensure alignment with overall product strategy.

Documentation: Help create and maintain product documentation, including feature specifications, troubleshooting guides, and product FAQs.

Data Analysis: Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for optimization. Support the team in making data-driven decisions to enhance the product.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the LAS products, including features, integrations, and technical specifications, and stay updated on all product enhancements.

Quality Assurance: Participate in testing and validating product updates to ensure a seamless user experience before release.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech/B.E., BCA, or a related field.
2. 2-3 years of experience in a product management, technical support, or a development role.
3. Familiarity with technical tools such as AWS (App Runner, Lambda functions), Postman, and GitHub is a plus.
4. Basic understanding of web development technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and SQL.
5. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive approach to learning and taking initiative.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
