Your Role & Mission - We are looking for an experienced (Senior) Project Delivery Manager to join a great team in Berlin and succeed in our mission. You’ll be responsible for overseeing, planning, and ensuring execution of technical projects with our Engineering and Product teams. Your tasks
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables between Product and Engineering teams in alignment with organizational goals
- Manage multiple, concurrent projects ensuring quality, on-time and smooth implementation, including API projects
- Create detailed project plans, communicate their progress, and lead the engineering teams through the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing stages
- Manage cross-functional teams and delegate tasks and responsibilities, ensuring all parties are aligned and resources are allocated according to project planning
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in project delivery and execution
- Always improve and implement best practices, guiding team members, resolving issues and dependencies, and facilitating teamwork throughout the project
- Identify potential risks, create mitigation plans, and take corrective action when necessary
- Ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards throughout the project
- Lead project reporting and documentation best practices, monitor and calculate KPIs and ensure documentation is maintained throughout the project
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding feature development and prepare regular status reports for senior management and internal stakeholders
- Help fellow team members with your experience and work closely with our Head of Engineering, Head of Product, and Engineering Leads supporting the execution of the product roadmap

Your profile
- You have at least 4 years of professional experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager in a software company
- Impeccable project management skills and proven expertise in managing technical projects with engineering and product teams
- A recognized project management certification is a must-have (eg. PMP)
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and proficiency in project management software. We use ClickUp.
- You have hands-on experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and keeping teams on track to meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to share your knowledge with the rest of the team
- You rely on solid communication skills and you speak English at a fluent level
- You work well across distributed and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- A supportive team player with a strong work ethic, eager to learn and work independently as well as in a team environment
- You are passionate about business sustainability, carbon emissions management, and climate tech in alignment with Carbmee’s mission and vision
