Workflow Engineer (Javascript) - Intern

Cobalt is seeking a skilled Workflow Engineer Intern with a strong foundation in coding, particularly in JavaScript, to join our team. You will work closely with the Onboarding and Engineering teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers and handle any workflow-related issues. This role demands a solid understanding of engineering concepts and hands-on experience with JavaScript development to customize workflows and troubleshoot issues in real-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Onboarding team to streamline customer onboarding processes.
• Work with the Engineering team to resolve workflow-related technical challenges.
• Customize and develop workflows using JavaScript to meet customer-specific needs.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues with workflows, ensuring they are functioning as expected.
• Act as a liaison between the technical teams and customers to address and solve workflow problems efficiently.
• Continuously improve and optimize existing workflows to enhance performance and functionality.
• Document and maintain records of workflows, solutions, and issues to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Qualifications:

• Education: B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience in workflow engineering or related areas. Must have a background in coding and scripting with a focus on JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of software engineering concepts and methodologies.
• Experience working collaboratively with multiple teams (Onboarding, Engineering, etc.).
• Problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze issues and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in JavaScript coding.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Understanding of API integrations and working with different software systems.
