About the role:
With our global footprint and hyper-growth, we are one of Snappr’s biggest priorities is to optimize our content development and management framework. That’s policies, email, phone, chat, and cool in-app content-driven automation to help our agents, internal stakeholders, partners, end-customers, merchants, and enterprise businesses all over the world. We strive to make content into a strategic lever for Snappr and its customers.
What you'll do:
- Strive every day to use the content as a driven advantage for Snappr and its customers
- Write internal and external articles, communications, etc. on an ongoing basis
- Develop leveraged content strategies (in-app and web-based Help Center for our different audiences, internal support KB articles, and flows, etc.)
- Create and manage a central repository of all company operational policies and procedures
- Design and execute experiments to improve the quality and efficiency of Snappr support content
- Review audience feedback and interpret content effectiveness; independently and collaboratively provide data-driven analysis and content recommendations
- Be a high-integrity partner to our L&D, Training, and Quality teams
What you'll need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- At least a C1 CEFR proficiency level
- Minimum 4 years of relevant content experience
- > Self-help/help center content writing experience (can include instructional/training and knowledge base articles)
- > Open to other industries, but ideally from BPOs
- Minimum 2 years of relevant project/program management experience
- Experience with content strategy and content design
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, and the ability to deliver content effectively
- Self-starter attitude
